Is it kind of like "Moonlighting" S1-S2, at least on the inside?

I was disappointed by the transfer quality of the set not so much by the packgaging.....Seasons 1 and 2 had better transfers. I have seen the ABC originals and I can assure you that they are exact so you are getting everything as originally aired.

Well VEI had stated publicly that, that was a reason S3 was taking so much longer to make it to DVD. That they were working with much older source material than with Seasons 1 & 2.
That might be the decline of the quality of the transfers for S3, and the set even opens with a disclaimer saying DVD anamolies are due to historical footage, or something of that sort.
But still, I think the quality difference of transfer from S3 vs. S1/S2 is very minimal. S3 still has a very solid transfer close in quality of S1/S2, and other high-quality studio releases of shows such as "The A-Team" & "Hunter".

I have noticed that the quality of the programs appear to have degraded vs the 1st 2 seasons, but still not complaining.
I did notice a hiccup during yankee clipper, just at the end of the Stones "you can't always get what you want", then the music quickly cuts off then to the shot where it runs through the cemetary. Did anyone else notice this?

yes, I did there are few of those in all the eps I've watched so far. Those being in the first dvd of season 3. They are very quick and you barely notice them tho.

Is this the season when the creative credits and closing credits have somewhat of a different font than the first two seasons?

Today I finally came to the point of watching the last episode of Season 3. And I got to admit that it makes me a little sad not to have more footage, even though I got S1-S3!
Cant find the right words in order to describe what that series means to me !!!

Somehow, this show just has the gift of lifting your spirits, doesn't it? It just makes you feel better, cheerful.

Fine to hear that you understand what i was trying to say! Its not very easy to explain but i guess you understood. It might seem strange to many people however this show gives you so much more than what the episodes are actually about. It reveals so many things and is a very nice way of teaching the basics of respect, friendship and even wisdom.
I cant think of any series that caught me as much as H&M did!!
there are some episodes that are very profound to me!!

I agree with you kiddo, this show continues to touch me eveen after seeing it over and over again. I think it had a wonderful group of people who worked on the show, writers, director, stunts, wardrobe, cast everyone... but for me it will always be the chemestry between DHK and BK, they just made it very believable.
