Hey guys, Gord Lacey of www.tvshowsondvd.com has received an advance copy of the DVD set and has reviewed it; I'll go ahead and tell you: it's all good!!!! Go to the website and check it out! Can't wait! Yes, this does sound mostly good, which is very good news indeed, as a decent quality product would seem to bode well for future releases. Kind of disappointing that there are no extras, but the guy is right- I wasn't really expecting any; I was only hoping. And, in my opinion, the best thing about the review is that this guy who's never seen the show before liked the show. That oughta help encourage some reluctant folks to go out and buy. Oh, and we've made back some ground on amazon. We're at number five, back up from number seven last night. Keep it up. Only a few more days now!

Best news of all, all of the original music is intact, was really upset with my Hunter DVD sets as the music replacement ruined the memory of these great shows, got mine on priority order from Amazon the delivery costs more than the set but hey it's worth it.

Yeah...I ordered on Feb 6th and my estimated delivery was set at 2/20/06-2/23/06 (expedited shipping). I ordered an extra set today, and the estimated delivery time for this one is - get this: 3/27/06 - 4/24/06 (with standard shipping). WOW!

On the main page for H&M it now says ships in 4 to 6 weeks. This usually means they don't have enough stock for all the orders placed at this time. I sure hope those of us who ordered that first day are covered atleast. Still no sign of item shipping yet, usually by now it's in the shipping soon stage.
You also might want to consider upgrading your shipping to priority it is only $5 more than expedited. This may help insure you get one of the sets they do have in stock. As the people who used this method will get serviced first no doubt.
Well i dunno if this has to do with anything or not but since upgrading to priority shipping earlier this afternoon, amazon.ca has charged me $32.66 and my hardcastle set has moved to the shipping soon stage.

Yep, mine updated to "shipping soon" today, too. They still say I should have it by the 17th, which would make me deliriously happy. But my "back-up" copy is way down the list; not expected until late March/early April. Wow. Quite a backlog there.

Mine says "shipping soon", arriving between the 24th of Feb. and the 8th of March. They've also raised the price by about $1.50. I guess the first was a "pre-order price". I'm waiting to order a back-up copy 'til I've seen the quality of this order. Call me paranoid.

Yeah, I intended to wait on my second copy, too, but then I got caught up in the hope that maybe one more order might make the difference in rankings!
