Don't think of me as a geek or nerd but... I have a button maker. I've had it since high school. I took such good care of it, that it still works great. I was thinking of creating something unique for the "fan club" (for lack of a better term) members to wear at the Walk of Fame ceremony in June. A Brian Keith "Walk of Fame Day" memorial button...I though it would be a cool and unique way to mark the occasion. Nobody will have them except us. Not even the celebrities. Of course I'll bring extras with me on the trip.... This is my 1st design. I'm going to try more. I'll gladly take suggestions/feedback.

That's a terrific idea, and that's also one of my favorite pictures of him. I like the design.

Here's another design... Hey, I think this is a good idea, and I like this one best so far, btw.

I like them both, but before I pick a favorite, are there others being considered? (And thanks again for even thinking of this!)

As I have ideas pop into my head I create them and post them here. I've been real busy this week, so I haven't had much time to work on other designs, but I do plan to do more. I also don't have many non-Hardcastle photos of Brian to work with. I have the following BK DVD's: Krakatoa, Rare Breed, The Hallelujah Trail, & The Violent Men. I'm hoping to get my hands on a DVD copy of Parent Trap, but I don't know the release date. I think Parent Trap is representative of the classic BK "look"...early 1960's.

Let me start off by saying that I apologize for not having thought of this earlier and for not having a vote on the design. This software was a pain to work with (very crude and backwards), and my work schedule left me tired as anything. I just just wanted to crash when I got home each night. The project was kind of back-shelved until a few days ago, and found it difficult to locate a good BK picture that resized well. With that being said...here is my button design for the ceremony: I have 12 buttons with the yellow rosettes, and 12 without. I guess that will be enough for our crew? If we need more, let me know! Anyway, I hope you all approve, and I'll see ya in Hollywood!

Well, I only get one vote, but I love it! And 24 total will be just fine. Anyway, how could anyone possibly complain when you're being so generous?
