...my copy of "Hardcastle and McCormick" S2 arrived from Amazon (well, actually from Caiman, an Amazon reseller). I haven't looked at it yet, so I cannot as yet give a proper review, but I just wanted to let you know that it came in just earlier.

Coolness. Hope you enjoy it. It was my favorite season.
Be sure to check out episodes like "Ties My Father Sold Me", "You Would Cry Too, If It Happened To You", "Whatever Happened To Guts", "You And The Horse You Rode In On", "Too Rich and Too Thin", "The Long Ago Girl", "The Birthday Present", "Undercover McCormick", and "The Game You Learn From Your Father".

Most of those, I have already seen. Matter-of-factly, I have just completed the 12th episode, "There Goes The Neighborhood," and I am up to #13, "Too Rich and Too Thin." I plan to see that one and the rest someday.
At the end of the 12th episode, instead of the straight-ahead shot of Cannell and his typewriter, I was treated to the more familiar version in which the camera starts on Cannell's face and then turns around gradually to a back shot of him and his typewriter (and yes, even in this one, he still types on that typewriter and still throws the paper out).

Cannell had several variations of his production logo sequence.
A complete new/current one showed up for the DVD sets of "21 Jump Street", "Hunter", "The Commish", "Greatest American Hero", "Renegade" & "Silk Stalkings".

I got my season 2 through Amazon Canada today. Ordered on May 22 - that's surface mail for you, haha. Well, doesn't matter, I still didn't get around to finish season 1. But I'm already looking forward to the new set! For everyone from Germany: amazon.ca worked perfectly from here!
