I've got entire timelines built around the idea that that fateful day took place in September. Can we please pretend that when Mark's battery died, that the equivalent of flashing 12:00 is resetting to August 9th? ;D

Yeah, well, maybe his watch had actually stopped almost three weeks earlier and he just never noticed. I've had months like that ;-)

And have we ever really stopped to think about how a digital watch 'stops'? Everyone I ever had just went blank, and didn't come back on after fifteen minutes or so.
