OK, I'm ashamed to admit...I THOUGHT I was a Trek fan, but since I pretty much stopped watching (religiously) after ST:TNG, I wasn't aware of this: Brian Keith as Mullibok on an episode of DS9 - "Progress" (episode # 1.15) 9 May 1993 Shame on me...

But, you knew about DHK in Insurrection, right? Really, we decided recently over on the "other" board, that just about everyone has done a Trek somewhere down the line.

Yes, I saw Insurrection in the theaters...and it does seem like everyone has done Trek at some point in their career. Except maybe Culp.

Well, yeah, RC missed the boat. (Or the spaceship) But, with his BK association, that only puts him at one degree of separation. Not bad.

There's an encyclopedic website that lists every guest star who ever appeared on any manifestation of ST along with details of the role they played. I keep stumbling across it when I google things, but can't remember the name of it off-hand. Cheri, you know of this place, surely?

Um, nope, don't think so. I think he showed up in a Quantum Leap once, though, maybe.
But, here's a question about Mr. Santos: did you know it seems he may have done a couple of films leaning toward an adult nature? I was searching him on imdb once, and there were one or two, way back in the day, where he was credited under a different name (don't remember what now), and they seemed just slightly short of mainstream. Kinda puts Frank in a whole new light, doesn't it?

StarTrek.com has lots of information, including probably just about every character ever, but they tend to list them by character name, not actor, so if you're trying to remember somebody's name on the show (which is often what I'm trying to do), it can be problematic. If there's a place that sorts them by performer, I'd be interested in finding that.

Re: Santos. Okay, now you've kind of weirded me out, Cheri, but not so much so, that I am not willing to take a quick peek at imdb ;-) *** Well, that is interesting. So he got his start in movies directed and written by Joseph W. Sarno who . . . well, folks, you'll just have to read his imdb bio for yourself.
Okay, I'm trying to picture this. No, now I'm trying not to picture this.
So, is that what the nuns meant when they said everything goes on your permanent record?

Well, at least they had "unusual characters, relationships, and psychologically compelling stories". After all, it's all about the art! I'm with you there. Lots of things I might like to conjure up in my mind's eye, but I don't think that's one of 'em.

I sort of wander off on tangents on this board. I think it's mostly because I read the posts in the '10 newest' display and don't pay so much attention to what section they're appearing in, often responding to them right then and there. Sorry about that. I will go over to the JS thread and beg for some 'Frank' screen caps from the screen cap Goddesses ;-)

I didn't like Brian Keith playing bad guys. It upset my delicate state of balance!!!!!
