Barb's "I Bang Gavels" caption under her Avatar has inspired me to start this thread. So, pull out all your DVDs (and Tapes)! Start looking for those slogans, and screencap away! Here's one from "The Boxer" - LADY JUSTICE IS A FOX (Ain't that the truth!)

Oh my God! I was thinking the same thing! A thread devoted to the Judge's T-shirts. Does a sweatshirt count? "HIZZONER!!!"

I'm still hoping we get some printed up for the convention with "Whatever Happened to to Guts?!" on them. They were selling those outside the tv studio, remember? Did anybody end up with one of those originals?

doesnt he wear one in an ep that says "hunt em hear em and hang em" i know he says that at one point but i swear i saw a shirt too Hardcastle says "Hunt 'em Hear 'em and Hang 'em" in the third season episode, "When I Look Back on All the Things." (He says it in Mark's flashback version of how his original car-theft trial was conducted.) A shortened version is said by "Gina" (to Hardcastle) in the first season episode, "Third Down..." Only, Gina says, "Hear 'em and Hang 'em. Is that you're usual MO, Judge Hardcastle?" Obviously Gina doesn't know what we know...He "Hunts" bad guys, too! I don't know if he had a shirt. I'm still looking!

Oh my God! I was thinking the same thing! A thread devoted to the Judge's T-shirts. Does a sweatshirt count? "HIZZONER!!!" Well, check this out. I was watching "The Prince of Fat City." Barb, your "Hizzoner" cap is from "Whistler's Pride." In "Fat City," Milt's wearing the sweatshirt BACKWARDS! Gotta love the Judge!

Those slogans are one reason, why the show was so great! They just don't make anything like this anymore these days! Those shirts made Milt a much more "round" and vivid character, like he really was real.

I have to agree with you. If someone did a show today with a character like Milt, I'm sure you would see people crying foul. Political correctness has just gone too far.

don't forget in You would cry, too, if it happened to you, during the party crashing, that pizza delivery girl wore a few of Hardcastle's t-shirts with slogans on them. Doesn't that count?
